Donna Dichiara has been working with Dr. Kancher since 1997. Prior to working with Dr. Kancher, she worked in Internal Medicine, GI, and General Surgery for 6 years. She became a Certified Pharmacy Tech through Ochsner in 1988, a Registered Medical Assistant and a Certified Phlebotomist in 1991. She is certified in CPR and defibrillator training. Donna goes above and beyond the duties of a Medical Assistant, and is extremely compassionate, knowledgeable, and resourceful.
Renata Myles has been employed with CLW since 2007. She has been a Registered Medical Assistant and CPR certified for 10 years. Prior to working with CLW, she worked in Pediatrics and OB/Gyn. Renata is hardworking, caring, and incredibly loving to all of her patients.
Vickie Bell has been employed with CLW since February 2006. Prior to her employment here, Vickie was a System Communications Analyst in Research and Development for a Fortune 500 company. She feels that your first impression is a lasting impression, making sure to greet everyone with a smile and doing whatever she can do to make sure your visit is a pleasant one. Vickie is an avid community activist who works with others to better themselves. She volunteers at Ronald McDonald House, Ozanam Inn, multiple senior citizen centers, and various churches in the New Orleans area.
Samantha Graci has been with us since June 2013, working as an Administrative Assistant in our front office. She has currently been promoted to Practice Manager. A native to the New Orleans area, Samantha graduated from Loyola University New Orleans in 2011 with her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She has held clinical internships with East Jefferson, Ochsner, and Tulane, and obtained certifications in Phlebotomy, CPR, First Aid, and Nurse Aide I. Samantha is currently working on her Master's degree in Healthcare Management at the University of New Orleans. We are very excited to see what the future has in store for her.
Laurie Lightell has been employed with the CLW since May 2007. Laurie has been a licensed skin care therapist for 11 years. She is also qualified in microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and waxing. She has formal training at the International Dermal Institute and frequently attends continuing education classes allowing her to stay knowledgeable in the future of skin care. For several years, she was an education consultant for Dermalogica and is an expert in product knowledge, ingredients, and techniques. Her passion for this profession is evident in the fabulous treatments she performs.
Karin Civello has more than 10 years of experience in Massage Therapy. She is trained in a wide variety of therapeutic modalities including Sports, Prenatal, Lymphatic Drainage and Deep Tissue. Karin has worked full time as a licensed massage therapist since 2005 with a diverse variety of clients ranging from professional athletes to the elderly. Nothing is as rewarding to Karin as helping people to live better and healthier.
